AAC Football Week 11 Power Rankings, Schedule & Odds

AAC Power Rankings (Week 11)

Key: Power Ranking: Team (Current Record, +/-)

#12: UConn (2-7, -)

Thankfully, UConn’s time in the AAC is almost over…

#11: Houston (3-6, -3)

Cougs might not win a game the rest of the way.

#10: East Carolina (3-6, +1)

Had a chance to upset Cincinnati and get their first AAC win this past week but ultimately fell short on a last-second field goal.

#9: Tulsa (2-7, +2)

This team fights like hell. They’re 0-5 in conference play but they took two of the best AAC teams to the wire (SMU & Memphis).

#8: South Florida (4-4, +1)

Bulls have played well recently, averaging 40 points in their last three wins. It’s a tough schedule the rest of the way but they have beaten a tough BYU team that has two wins over ranked opponents this year.

#7: Tulane (6-3, -)

Willie Fritz has this program headed to back-to-back bowl games for the first time since ’79-’80.

#6: Temple (5-3, -)

Coming off a bye week, the Owls need to avoid a letdown at USF. Bulls have gone 2-0 at home vs. Temple in the AAC era. Still, hard to believe the Owls are only two-point favorites.

#5: UCF (7-2, -2)

UCF has relinquished the AAC’s portion of the national conversation this season to SMU, Memphis and Cincinnati. Sadly, they don’t play Memphis or SMU this year.

#4: Navy (7-1, +1)

Navy has the AAC’s best defense. They’re the only unit allowing less than 20 points per game.

#3: SMU (8-1, -2)

SMU’s defense let them down against Memphis but they’re still one of the most exciting teams to watch in the entire country.

#2: Memphis (8-1, +2)

Memphis deserved the national spotlight last weekend and they didn’t disappoint. Now, they have a week off to bask in the glory.

#1: Cincinnati (7-1, +1)

Wow. That would have been a bad loss. Luckily, their opportunistic defense came up in the clutch.
