Agree/Disagree With Colin Cowherd’s Blazing 5 Week 7 NFL Picks (2019)
It’s Friday, which means Colin Cowherd released his popular Blazin’ 5 NFL betting picks. Cowherd has been winning like crazy this season and he generally does a good job prognosticating. He said he likes his picks better for Week 7 than any other week, so here they are…
Colin Cowherd’s Blazin’ 5 Week 7 NFL Picks
LA Rams (-2.5) at Atlanta
Houston at Indianapolis (-1)
Arizona at NY Giants (-3)
Baltimore (+3) at Seattle
Philadelphia (+2.5) at Dallas
Agree or Disagree?
LA Rams (-2.5) at Atlanta — AGREE
Love this pick by Colin; the Rams are more overdue for a big win than any team in the NFL.
Houston at Indianapolis (-1) — AGREE
With an extra week to prepare, the Colts have a lot of value here. They’re basically a PK at home and Jacoby Brissett plays well in front of his hometown fans. In three career games against the Texans, he’s never lost (3-0).
Arizona at NY Giants (-3) — DISAGREE
Colin really likes this Giants team, I disagree. Daniel Jones has come back down to earth in a big way and it’s clear Kyler Murray is the superior rookie quarterback. Only two QBs with at least 5 games have a worse passer rating than Daniel Jones (74.1) — Baker Mayfield (66.0) & Josh Rosen (52.0). The Cards believe in Kyler and they’ll win straight up here.
Baltimore (+3) at Seattle — DISAGREE
Look, I like Lamar Jackson but two of his three career losses as a starter have come on the road in tough environments (at KC x2). This is another situation like that; Seattle is one of the hardest places to play in all of football. Give me Russell Wilson and the Seahawks.
Philadelphia (+2.5) at Dallas — DISAGREE
I went with Colin last week against the Cowboys and it was his only cover of the day. This week, I’m back to the other side and going against him. He always picks against Dallas but I think the Boys hit rock bottom last week. They, like the Rams, are overdue for a big win and being at home on Sunday Night Football will give them enough juice to win this one by at least a field goal.
