Asher Roth Hints at New Album, Announces Series of Shows
Not only does Ash Wednesday signify the first day of Lent, but it usually means new tunes from the holiday’s namesake — Asher Roth. This year was different, though; rather than a new song, Asher Roth announced an “intimate series of shows” to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of his debut album, Asleep in the Bread Aisle.
I’ll be kicking off an intimate series of shows celebrating 10 years of #AITBA starting May 9th in London. more info soon! Happy #AshWednesday pic.twitter.com/exnkiBGXRU

On top of that, and perhaps more importantly, Asher hinted at a new album on Instagram.
On his IG story, Asher Roth wrote: “what if I told you we’ve started on the next full length” while panning across a room that looks ideal for creating in.
Nothing else has been reported in regards to the full-length project but he’s definitely due for a major drop. His last solo release came in 2014 with RetroHash, though he did drop an EP (along with Nottz and Travis Barker) in 2016, titled Rawther.
