Watch Dan Patrick and Rich Eisen Back Together in Audience Sports Series
The Audience Network is taking another step in the right direction with the release of a four-part digital series featuring Dan Patrick and Rich Eisen. On August 1st, under their Audience Sports brand, the network dropped the first episode, titled “Beginnings”, with the other three still to come. While it’s not exactly your typical show, it’s entertaining and easily digestible. You can view the entire episode right on Twitter below:
Dan Patrick and I sat down for a 4-part @AudienceSports digital series chatting about our old @ESPN days, our current @dpshow @RichEisenShow days and more. Part 1: “Beginnings” with footage of our first @SportsCenter moments. pic.twitter.com/H1cH5uA7Iq

The first part is about seven minutes long, complete with the former Sportscenter co-hosts chatting about the early days in Bristol, CT. Luckily, they were able to clear things up with ESPN and get old footage spliced in between the conversation. People get very nostalgic over ESPN in their glory years. Besides the work that James Andrew Miller has done (Origins; Those Guys Have All The Fun), this series is one that scratches that itch.
It should be noted that both Dan Patrick and Rich Eisen’s radio programs are simulcast on Audience Sports.
At first glance, it’s not totally clear what the series’ name is. The logo that pops up has both names and “One on One” between them, so your guess is as good as mine.
This is the second intriguing release by Audience in the last month or so. On June 28th, they put out a high-profile documentary on LGBTQ in sports, titled Alone in the Game. Although they’re not one of the big boys in sports media yet, they’re making solid moves and at least putting forth an effort.
