ClockworkDJ, Sway Team Up For Mac Miller Tribute on Friday
Clockwork DJ is playing a Mac Miller tribute on Sway in the Morning this Friday.
Mac Miller’s longtime DJ, Clock, is doing a set on Sway in the Morning on Friday, September 21st at 9:30 A.M ET. The set, which will air on Shade45, is going to be a tribute to Mac that lasts 30 minutes. According to Clock, he’ll be “selecting deep cutz from [Mac Miller’s] catalog.”

It’s been rumored that there may be some unreleased Mac Miller songs on deck, but we’ll see. Either way, few people knew Mac as good as Clock so it’ll definitely be very special.
Back in 2015, Mac Miller released a ClockworkDJ-produced song on Sway in the Morning, titled “I Got This Beat In My Head.”
The announcement came on the same day that Mac had seven of his projects appear on the Billboard Top 200:

- No. 26: Best Day Ever

- No. 50: The Divine Feminine
- No. 59: Watching Movies With the Sound Off
- No. 106: Macadelic
ClockworkDJ appeared in season two of Mac Miller’s MTV show Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family.
