Hoos & Hoyas Both Hosting Huge Games Tuesday Night

Tonight, both the Virginia and Georgetown basketball programs will host huge in-conference games. Unfortunately, Virginia’s game (against rival Virginia Tech) will not be on national television. Georgetown, on the other hand, will have their showdown against No. 15 Marquette aired nationally on FS1.

Here’s everything you need to know for both games:

No. 9 Virginia Tech at No. 4 Virginia

Not only is this a rivalry game between two Top-10 teams, but it’s potentially a preview of the ACC title game. Per ESPN’s BPI, the Wahoos and Hokies are two of the three most likely teams to play in the ACC title game. That said, it’s not on national television…and that’s an enormous shame. You can, however, stream the game.

Time: 8:00 P.M ET
Venue: John Paul Jones Arena, Charlottesville, VA
Odds: UVA (-7.5)
Total: 126.5
How to Watch: ACC Network

No. 15 Marquette at Georgetown

Although the Hoyas (12-5) aren’t ranked in the Top 25, they’re just a few solid wins away from getting national attention. They’re fresh off an exciting double-overtime win over Providence and can set their season straight with a resume-building win.

Venue: Capital One Arena, Washington, D.C.
Odds: MARQ (-1.5)
Total: 159
How to Watch: FS1 (nationally), Fox Sports Go (stream)

On the ice, the Washington Capitals will also be in action at Nashville (8:00 P.M ET, NBCSW).
