WWE Bringing Back ‘In Your House’ Brand For NXT

If you go to the WWE Network homepage, they have a spot dedicated to In Your House. It is, after all, the 25th anniversary of the first In Your House pay-per-view in 1995. The series would continue until 1999, broadcasting 27 shows intermittently between WWE’s major PPV shows. Some of the shows were total duds, but the series was also the home for some legendary bouts; the Bret Hart-Stone Cold-Vader-Undertaker four-way match at In Your House: Final Four and 10-man tag at In Your House: Canadian Stampede come to mind as standouts.

As it turns out, displaying past shows on their streaming service isn’t the only plan WWE has for the 25th anniversary. WWE is also bringing the brand back! On June 7th, they will lend the In Your House name to NXT for a special event.

There will be six matches on the card, highlighted by appearances from Charlotte Flair and Finn Bálor, and the return of the Backlot Brawl (remember Piper-Goldust?). The entire lineup can be found below:

NXT Championship Backlot Brawl: Adam Cole (c) vs. The Velveteen Dream

NXT Women’s Championship: Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Io Shirai

Singles Match: Tommaso Ciampa vs. Karrion Kross (w/ Scarlett)

NXT North American Championship: Keith Lee (c) vs. Johnny Gargano

Singles Match: Finn Bálor vs. Damian Priest

Six-Women Tag-Team Match: Mia Yim, Tegan Nox & Shotzi Blackheart vs. Candice LeRae, Dakota Kai & Raquel González

NXT TakeOver: In Your House will air on WWE Network at 7:00 p.m ET on June 7th.
