Redshirt junior Mamadi Diakite and junior Kyle Guy joined fellow Virginia stars Ty Jerome and De’Andre Hunter in their quest for a professional basketball career. Like Jerome and Hunter, Diakite made his announcement via Instagram (below) while Guy did his on Twitter (below).

Guy, unlike Jerome and Hunter, made it clear that he’s leaving “the option of coming back to school open.”
In their championship win over Texas Tech, the four mentioned above combined for all but nine of Virginia’s 85 points.
If they all move on from Virginia, the Hoos will be left with one starter from the national title run, Kihei Clark, and two other rotation players, Braxton Key and Jay Huff. Jack Salt, a senior, announced at Virginia’s championship celebration that he had signed with an agent in hopes of playing overseas.
