LeBron James Gushing on Twitter Over Tom Brady’s First Half Performance vs. Detroit
Tom Brady is having quite the first half against Detroit in Week 16, leading his team to a 34-0 halftime lead. It was good enough, in fact, to incite some love from a fellow GOAT, LeBron James.
James dropped multiple tweets during the first half of the Bucs-Lions game, including after touchdown passes to Rob Gronkowski, Antonio Brown, and Mike Evans. Brady also threw a touchdown to Chris Godwin during the first half of the special Saturday NFL game but it didn’t get a response from LeBron.
“My GOODNESS that throw to AB was sick!!!” he said following the throw to AB, followed by a GOAT emoji. Check out all three tweets below.

Brady finished 22-27 in the first half for 348 yards and four touchdowns.
At the start of the second half, the Bucs put Blaine Gabbert in, who promptly threw Gronk another TD pass 10 seconds in. He was almost as good as Brady, throwing two touchdowns and finishing with a 131.4 passer rating. Tampa Bay won 47-7.
Brady only played in the first half but finished with a perfect 158.3 passer rating.
