Looney Tunes, Bugs Bunny Reach Out to the Baltimore Orioles After Embarrassing Loss

Baltimore Orioles’ starter Dylan Bundy couldn’t even get an out last night against the Kansas City Royals. He gave up seven runs — including four home runs — before recording an out en route to a 15-7 loss. With the loss, and a win by the Cincinnati Reds, the O’s now officially have the worst record in all of baseball (8-27). Not to worry, though, Bugs Bunny reached out to let them know he’s there for them whenever they need.

Right now, anyone would be an upgrade over Baltimore’s team. They’ve dropped seven games in a row, they rank second-to-last in runs scored, and dead-last in ERA.

Not surprisingly, the fans from Baltimore aren’t showing up to support them. Only 10,863 fans turned out last night to see them get demolished. Compared to last season on the same date, the 2018 turnout was 12,662 fans shy.

Baltimore played Washington on May 8th, 2017, drawing 23,525 fans.

Luckily, they’ll have several chances to redeem themselves over the next nine days. From tonight until May 16th, the O’s will play eight games in front of their hometown crowd at Camden Yards.
