NatsPass is an Awesome Idea/Option For Baseball Junkies
Throughout the MLB season, I try and hit 10 games, mostly at Camden Yards or Nats Park. On average, I’d say, my tickets cost $40 a pop, give or take a few dollars. There are some seats I love — Section 3–7 at Camden is my favorite — but some games, I just wander around. A lot of others do as well.
What if I told you that you could wander around an MLB ballpark for every home game? And that it’s ridiculously cheap to do so?
You’d probably be down. I know I was when I initially heard it was possible.
What I’m talking about here is NatsPass, a service the Washington Nationals offer that allows entry to every home game, even if you just want to stand (or wander around).
For $65/mo, you can purchase NatsPass Classic, which essentially just lets you into every game. It’s a great price that averages out to a few bucks per game.
Or, for $20 more, you can have a seat if they’re available; that’s called NatsPass Silver.
Then, the premium subscription is NatsPass Gold, which pretty much makes you a season ticket holder. With NatsPass Gold, you pay $125/mo and are guaranteed a seat whenever you attend. Plus, three times per month, you’re able to get field-level seats.
Everything with NatsPass is done through an app, making this a truly lightweight option. There’s no need to worry about picking up tickets or hustling on StubHub before the game. You just show up and get scanned.
Right now, the subscription has another incentive going; when you purchase, you’re able to access DAZN for 30 days.
I must note that with NatsPass, you’re also eligible for all Nats promotions, too.
