Rollout Ramped Up For HBO Max Original ‘Love Life’
HBO Max launched less than a week ago, armed with all the HBO content you’d expect plus the entire library of Friends and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air episodes, Harry Potter films, and the new HBO Max exclusive series Love Life.
Starring Anna Kendrick, Love Life has become a darling among viewers. Three episodes deep, the show currently has an 81% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, and the support has pushed HBO Max to release the show’s remaining episodes a lot sooner than planned.
Per Cinema Blend, episodes 4-6 will be released in a cluster on Thursday, June 4th, followed by the final four episodes (7-10) on Thursday, June 11th.
“It’s wonderfully gratifying to see that fans have immediately connected to the show,” Sarah Aubrey, head of original content at HBO Max, said in a statement via Cinema Blend, “and we are accelerating the release of episodes to meet their demand for more.”
The show emerged as “one of the top performers” on HBO Max, she added.

Love Life also features Scoot McNairy in a recurring role.
I wasn’t excited about the show or anything when it was announced, but I was admittedly hooked after the first episode and watched the next two immediately. To me, it was sort of like Netflix’s Master of None — young, recognizable lead in the big city navigating life, love, and friendship. Yeah, it’s familiar, but it’s also a tried and true formula. Definitely consider becoming a fan.
