Rutgers Football Had 1 Passing Yard vs. Indiana
Today in “Rutgers Football Should Fold The Program,” we have some eye-popping passing stats from the Scarlet Knights game against Indiana. In 10 first-half offensive drives, Rutgers QB Johnny Langen had exactly one passing yard and then in the second half, he had zero passing yards. Yes, one passing yard in four full quarters. Even strangers (or sadder) is the fact that Langen completed five passes; of his five completions, only two went for positive yards.
Some other awesome Rutgers notes for you:
-Rutgers punted 10 times in their 35-0 loss to Indiana, the same number of punts Oklahoma had in five games entering Week 7.
-Their first offensive play resulted in a touchdown for the Hoosiers. Indiana sacked Langen, forced a fumble and returned it for a score. With only 10 seconds gone from the clock, the Scarlet Knights were down 7-0.

-They went for a 4th-and-18 and Langen actually ran out of bounds, losing yards. It was as ugly a play as I’ve ever seen on fourth and long.
Brilliant fourth-down execution by #Rutgers. This team is cutting edge. #BigTen pic.twitter.com/PQhLn46reV
