Virginia Receives Votes in Week 3 USA Today College Football Coaches Poll
Through two weeks of the 2021 season, the Virginia football team has outscored their opponents 85-14. One opponent was a cupcake, another came from the Big Ten. Folks around Charlottesville and Central VA believe, and a few coaches are starting too as well. The Wahoos were among the “Others Receiving Votes” section of the Week 3 USA Today College Football Coaches Poll, tallying four total votes.
The Wahoos were one of eight ACC teams to receive votes this week, joining #6 Clemson, #15 Virginia Tech, #19 North Carolina, Miami (135 votes), Pittsburgh (52 votes), Boston College (14 votes), and NC State (5 votes).
