WATCH: Alex Ovechkin Fights & KO’s Carolina Hurricanes Rookie

Up 2-0 in the series, the Washington Capitals were shutout 5-0 in Game 3 by the Carolina Hurricanes. That doesn’t matter, though. The highlight of the night was Alex Ovechkin knocking the sense out of Carolina Hurricanes rookie Andrei Svechnikov in the first period — it didn’t last long.
