WATCH: Jason Witten Snags First Non-Cowboys Touchdown
Although the Las Vegas Raiders fell 30-23 in Week 4 at home against Buffalo, future HOFer Jason Witten snagged his first touchdown as a member of the Raiders. After 16 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys — and one in the Monday Night Football booth — Witten joined the team for the 2020 season, their first season in Las Vegas.
Witten was wide open and Derek Carr found him in the back of the endzone from three yards out. He also snagged a 15-yard reception, giving him as many catches in Week 4 as he had in the Raiders’ first three games.
Before Week 4, Witten only had two catches for five yards.
The second-quarter touchdown for the 38-year-old was his first not in a Cowboys’ jersey. For fans of America’s Team, it’ll never be normal seeing Wit in the black and silver.
