Watch Obi Toppin Savage Step Back, Stare Down vs. Kansas
Obi Toppin added to his memorable season on Wednesday and he did it in the most savage way possible. Obi hit a step-back three in the face of Ochai Agbaji and before he even saw the ball go through the net, he turned around to stare down the Kansas bench. He wasn’t doing it just to be a savage, though, you can see Udoka Azubuike trying to distract him before he let it fly.
This Obi Toppin stare down of the Kansas bench after stepping back and before hitting the 3 is one of the coldest things I've ever seen. pic.twitter.com/euE2ArKFd2

Toppin, who had a late growth after his junior year of high school, is currently the leading scorer in the Atlantic-10 with 24 points per game. He has scored 21+ in all five Dayton games this year and it’s starting to look more and more like Toppin is a potential first-round NBA Draft pick.
The Dayton-Kansas game will decide the Maui Invitational champion. Dayton has already beat two high-major teams in the tournament, Georgia and Virginia Tech. Both UGA and VT were unbeaten before running into the Flyers.
