WATCH: Scott Kingery’s 1st HR of 2020 Was a Walk-Off

The walk-off homers continued to pile up on Friday as Scott Kingery hit a frozen rope over the left-field fence for a three-run walk-off homer over Atlanta. The homer came in the bottom of the 11th innings and sealed a 7-4 win for the Phillies. They have now won four games in a row and sit one game below .500 with a 13-14 record.

The jack came after Kingery entered the game as a pinch-runner in the bottom of the 10th inning. It was his first homer of the season and his first-ever walk-off homer in the bigs. Coming off a season where he posted a .788 OPS with 19 dingers, the former Arizona Wildcat has struggled in 2020, Before Friday, he was hitting just .121 (8-for-66) in 20 games with zero jacks and a .194 OBP.
