WATCH: Tom Brady Scores First Post-Patriots Touchdown

Tom Brady‘s first post-Patriots drive was a good one. Brady led the Bucs on a nine-play, 85-yard drive on their first possession, punctuating it with a touchdown run from two yards out.

The drive was aided by a pair of defensive pass interference calls but Brady was perfect nonetheless. He went 2-of-2 for 37 yards on the trip, including a perfectly thrown 29-yard strike to Chris Godwin off play-action.

Fittingly, Tommy gave the ball a nice spike after the touchdown. It was his 23rd regular-season rushing touchdown.

Brady’s replacement in New England, Cam Newton, also had a fine debut, leading the Pats to a 21-11 win over Miami. Ironically, the first post-Brady touchdown for the Pats was a short TD run by the quarterback.
