2021 Big East Tournament Bracket & Schedule

Almost a year to the day after the Creighton-St. John’s game was called at halftime, the Big East Tournament is back. As usual, MSG will play host. Three opening round games will be on Wednesday, March 10 and the tourney will run until the title game on Saturday, March 13. Only Creighton and Villanova are looked at as “locks” for the NCAA Tournament, while UConn is filed under the “should be in” category. That leaves a few Big East teams on the bubble entering the conference tournament (St. John’s, Seton Hall, Xavier) and a handful that likely need to win the entire thing to punch a ticket (Georgetown, Marquette, DePaul, Butler, Providence). With Villanova’s best player sidelined, Creighton is the favorite to cut down the nets, per Sports Betting Dime.
