ACC Hoops Rundown (11-18-2021)

Four ACC teams played last night (November 17th) and the league came out with a 2-2 record. Wake Forest and Florida State won as favorites while NC State and Boston College lost as underdogs. There are two games tonight in the league, highlighted by Clemson-Temple in the Shriners Children’s Charleston Classic.

Wake Forest’s Jake LaRavia stuffed the stat sheet with 24 points on 10-14 shooting and also added three assists, two steals, and two blocks. The Deacs are running a lot of their offense through LaRavia, a transfer from Indiana State, and they’re off to a 3-0 start.

Boston College’s Quinten Post with a one-handed flush over Rhode Island. The Mississippi State transfer finished with 11 points and is averaging 11 points through four games.

Another double-double for NC State’s Dereon Seabron. In four games, he already has three double-doubles, and the one he missed he was just one rebound shy. In their loss to OK State, the sophomore dropped 19 points, grabbed 10 boards, and added three assists and two steals. He’s currently in the Top 3 in both points and rebounds per game among ACC basketball players.
