Check Out the Dallas Cowboys ‘My Cause My Cleats’ Designs

The Dallas Cowboys have lost six of their last nine games, yet America’s Team still leads the NFC East with a 6-6 record. They have work to do, that’s for sure, and the job starts tonight on Thursday Night Football against the Chicago Bears.

Besides being a huge game for both franchises, it’s also the first game of Week 14. That means they’ll be the first two teams to show off their new “My Cause My Cleats” designs. This is the third consecutive year the NFL is doing “My Cause My Cleats,” an initiative that allows players to wear custom cleats representing a cause they find important. Following their game, players can auction their cleats via NFL Auction to raise money for the charity they chose.

Ahead of their Week 14 game, the Dallas Cowboys filmed an unboxing ceremony where each player sees their new cleats for the first time. Ezekiel Elliott, Jason Witten, Randall Cobb, Tavon Austin, and Jaylon Smith are among the many Cowboys featured in the video, which you can watch below.

After the video, there are some better pictures of some designs and a list I put together outlining causes and charities chosen by select Cowboys’ players.

It should be noted that a few players, including Jason Witten, Dak Prescott, and Jaylon Smith, are supporting charities they founded personally.

Kickoff is set for 8:20 P.M ET tonight on FOX, NFL Network and Amazon Prime.
