GMU Hoops: Mr. Belding Will Be at EBA For 90’s Night

When the GMU hoops program hosts Southern University on November 17th, Mr. Belding from “Saved By The Bell” will be in the house.

While most of the actual students from George Mason didn’t live through the 90’s, there’s a lot of us out there that did. If you’re one of them, you should get over to Eagle Bank Arena in Fairfax, VA this Saturday because Mr. Belding will be in the house.

The game, which will be a campus game for the Emerald Coast Classic, is going to start at 4:00 P.M ET and will be one big celebration of 1990’s culture. According to Mr. Belding’s message, there will be all sorts of stuff going on, including a costume contest at halftime. Additionally, Mr. Belding (real name Dennis Haskins) will be signing autographs and taking pictures before, during, and after the game.

Haskins appeared as Mr. Belding in over 200 episodes of the Saved By The Bell franchise. Most recently, Haskins has acted in episodes of Mad Men, I’m Dying Up Here, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. You can check out his entire filmography here.
