Jarvis Landry to Wear Mac Miller Tribute Cleats on Sunday in Pittsburgh

Jarvis Landry is reportedly honoring the late Mac Miller on Sunday during the Browns-Steelers game at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.

Custom-cleat maker @Mache275 posted photos of the cleats on Saturday ahead of the Week 6 showdown.

“Big game for the Cleveland Browns this week when they head to Pittsburgh,” he wrote, “and Jarvis Landry wanted to pay tribute to The Steel City’s fallen son, Mac Miller. Went full-on portrait mode with these….and hope I did Mac and the city justice. RIP MAC, we miss you.”

Mac tragically passed away in 2018. He was spotted multiple times at Steelers games and always repped his city and its sports teams. Mac notably had the Pittsburgh Pirates P tattooed on his hand, which you can see on the cleats.

The Browns are in the middle of their best season in years. They’re currently 4-1 and this game against the Steelers is one of their most important showdowns in some time. Landry, of course, is a huge reason why they’ve had a come up in the last few years. He’s coming off his best game of the season (9 receptions, 88 yards in Week 5) and is tied for the team lead in receptions (21) with Odell Beckham Jr.
