NBA 2K19 Ratings Update: Jake Layman, Jeff Green Get Boost
Former Maryland basketball star Jake Layman got a big increase in the new NBA 2K19 update, as did former Georgetown star and current Wizards sixth man Jeff Green.
Today, there was an NBA 2K19 ratings update for anyone who either exceeded their initial rating or failed to live up to expectation. In terms of DMV sports, it was a mixed bag but we’re here to sort it all out for you.
To lead things off, one of the biggest increases in the entire NBA 2k19 ratings update came from former Maryland sharpshooter Jake Layman. Now a starter with the Portland Trail Blazers, Layman saw his rating go from 70 up to 74, giving him the second biggest jump among NBA players. Three guys had five-point increases (Derrick Rose, Allonzo Trier, and Alfonzo McKinnie) while Pascal Siakam also had a four-point jump. Jeff Green, a guy with multiple DMV ties — Georgetown alum, currently on the Wizards — also made a notable two-point leap from 76 to 78.
