‘Radio Rental’ Podcast Set For Return

Radio Rental, the Tenderfoot TV podcast that tells ridiculously captivating and spooky true stories, is returning with new episodes on June 18th, according to creator Payne Lindsey. The show debuted in 2019 but lasted only six episodes (plus one bonus) before announcing it would be taking a brief hiatus.

“These next stories are wilder than ever,” the show states on their IG page.

Rainn Wilson hosts/narrates the show, delivering a fantastic performance as Teddy Carnation. People call the number provided on the show’s website and reveal their scariest personal stories; the best tales are chosen for the show.

This was one of the biggest surprises on the podcast scene in 2019. The stories make your head spin, and some make you wonder if they’re actually possible. Plus, Wilson is really, really good in his role. Narrators and hosts usually don’t make or break shows where others are doing most of the talking, but he sets the show up perfectly and has the star-power from his days as Dwight Schrute to bring in new listeners.
