College Baseball Tournament Selection Show to Air Nationally on Monday, May 31

Some automatic bids have already been punched for the 2021 college baseball tournament but the matchups and at-large bids will be unveiled on Monday during the selection show.

The NCAA Baseball Championship Selection Special Presented by Capital One will air nationally on ESPN2 at noon with Matt Schick hosting. College baseball analysts Kyle Peterson and Mike Rooney will add commentary during the hour-long special.

In the lead-up to the selection show, several automatic bids will be decided on the ESPN family of networks, including three power conferences. On Sunday, May 30th, ESPN2 will have a triple-header of championship games: ACC (noon), SEC (3pm), and Big 12 (6pm). Additionally, the American Athletic Conference title game will be on ESPN News at noon.

Once the tournament starts, ESPN will be “the exclusive home of the entire postseason.” Per ESPN’s press release, broadcast details will be available in the coming weeks.
