Sam Hauser Explodes For 21 Points in Vegas Summer League
After shooting 20 percent from deep in his first two summer league games, Sam Hauser exploded from beyond the arc, hitting six treys and finishing with a game-high 21 points. Hauser led the C’s to their third consecutive win in Vegas and they’re looking like one of the best squads there (not that scores really matter).
Hauser had a plus/minus of 30 on Thursday, while also dropping off seven assists. Complete stats below:

From watching him, the corner three has been his bread and butter. Even more, his teammates are looking for him. If you have one skill you’re elite at and competent elsewhere, a lot of times there’s a spot for you in the league. I can definitely see Hauser, a projected second-round pick that went undrafted, get some NBA action this year.
Through three games, Sam is 8-for-20 from beyond the arc and averaging 9.7 points per game.
