Notes, Quotes & More:

  • Virginia legend and current Indiana Pacer Malcolm Brogdon had a career-high 33 points in a 106-102 loss to the Knicks.
  • Kyle Guy, another UVA legend, is starting to crack the Sacramento Kings rotation. He subbed in during the first quarter of Sacramento’s game vs. Houston on Saturday when the game was tied 29-29. He didn’t score in six minutes but it’s surely a good sign moving forward.
  • The Virginia-Virginia Tech showdown was canceled on Saturday because someone from Virginia’s staff contracted COVID-19.
