WATCH: Zion Williamson Shoe Explodes During Duke-UNC Game

Not long after Duke-UNC tipped off, college basketball’s biggest star, Zion Williamson, was on the sideline. In fact, he would soon be ruled out for the entire game because of a leg injury. Yet, it wasn’t your run-of-the-mill rolled ankle or hard fall; instead, Zion — a man among boys out there — cut so hard that when he landed, his foot blasted through his sneaker.

Duke has struggled without their star against visiting North Carolina. At the moment, the Tar Heels lead by nearly 20 points with five minutes remaining in regulation.
