2020 MLB Trade Deadline Tracker
Every sport has had to adapt to the coronavirus pandemic and baseball is among them. They cut their season in a third — moving forward it wouldn’t hurt to have fewer games — and eight teams from each league will get into the postseason. Also, the trade deadline has arrived quicker than ever. Teams have only played about 30 games apiece and now they’re forced to decide if they’re willing to go for it or shed assets. Have a look at the moves. Bold means the player has made MLB debut (as of 8/31).
