LOOK: Greg Daniels Hosts The Office Reunion Party
Creator Greg Daniels hosted The Office reunion party with Ed Helms, Jenna Fischer, Rainn Wilson, Brian Baumgartner, and a bunch of other castmates.
It’s been over five years since The Office was on television, and like seven years since the show was at its peak. Still, tons of folks around the world are dedicated fanatics of the show (including myself) and want to see the gang back together again. While it was cool to see Steve Carrell, Jenna Fischer, Ellie Kemper, and Ed Helms together on Saturday Night Live a few weeks ago, it wasn’t the full-scale reunion fans long for. On Sunday, however, there was a legit reunion of The Office cast members…it’s just too bad the cameras weren’t rolling. Instead, the reunion was the “best brunch ever,” according to Jenna Fischer, with stories we’ll never hear and laughs we wish we had been a part of.
With that said, we did get a few Instagram pictures to marvel at — check them out below:
In the team photo, you can see the host of the event and creator, Greg Daniels, Jenna Fischer (Pam), Brian Baumgartner (Kevin), Leslie David Baker (Stanley), Paul Lieberstein (Toby…eww), Creed Bratton (Creed), Rainn Wilson (Dwight), Angela Kinsey (Angela), Ed Helms (Andy), Oscar Nunez (Oscar), and Phyllis Smith (Phyllis). Awesome, right?
The main cast members missing, per Jenna Fischer’s post, were, of course, Steve Carrell (Michael), John Krasinski (Jim), Ellie Kemper (Erin), BJ Novak (Ryan), Mindy Kaling (Kelly), Craig Robinson (Darryl), and Kate Flannery (Merideth).
In other The Office-related news, it looks like Brian Baumgartner visited Angela for her cooking show that I didn’t know existed.
Now that you’re all nostalgic, go buy some Dunder Mifflin paper.
