Virginia won their first ACC game against ninth-ranked Florida State behind 21 points from Kyle Guy and their usual ferocious defense. The Cavaliers, who won 65-52, held the Seminoles to just 23 points in the first half.

Now, the UVA basketball team will play two ACC road games — Boston College (January 9th) and Clemson (January 12th) — before coming home for two HUGE games against one-loss teams. On January 15th, the Hoos will host their arch rival, Virginia Tech, at John Paul Jones Arena before Duke comes to town immediately after. Duke is ranked No. 2 in the Coaches Poll while the Hokies sit at No. 7.
